So what does it take to become a KidKare professional?

KidKare is looking for Early Childhood Education students and professionals as well as Childhood Development Associate (CDA) students and professionals who are looking for placement in a childcare facility. Our mission is to provide quality childcare professionals for the area Childcare facilities. Qualified candidates must have experience and/or education in childcare.

Candidates meeting the state minimum requirements will be placed in KidKare's staff database for consideration for immediate employment. KidKare has a working relationship with a number of Childcare providers in the greater Hartford area and is often aware of openings before they become advertised.

Candidates lacking the state minimum requirements can still become a KidKare staff member. Such candidates will be placed in our temporary database until those requirements are met. In the interim, CDA students can complete their "internships"  by working "per diem" at various sites in the area. Gain valuable work experience while "auditioning" for a full-time position.
