ABOUT KCR
 KCR
is dedicated to offering a diverse number of resources
to support those in the Childcare industry.
We help childcare facilities with their staffing needs
by providing staff on both temporary and permanent
basis. In addition, we offer a variety of training
seminars to childcare center staff, home child-care
providers, as well as parents and others in the
community who have an interest in working with children.
PHILOSOPHY
We believe that the early learning
environment of a child is the foundation for all future
learning experiences and the most important aspect of
this environment are the child-care providers. They are
responsible for nurturing social, emotional and academic
development in a loving manner while supporting the
individuality and creativity in the children they work
with.
We also believe that the childcare
provider whose knowledge is enhanced provide a quality
early learning experience which benefits children in all
areas of development
